What is University 1?

University 1 (U1) is our flexible (and most popular) first year program, allowing you to explore multiple areas of study without adding time or money to your degree. University 1 serves as the first year of ANY degree program here at UM, and is a great fit for:

· Students coming to UM directly from high school;

· Mature students who have never completed any post-secondary level studies;
OR

· Students who have fewer than 24 credit hours (i.e. less than one year) of post-secondary level study.
