Can I defer my acceptance?

Most undergraduate programs do not offer admission deferrals. If, for any reason, you are unable to begin your studies, you will be required to reapply for your desired admission intake in the future. 

The few programs that do offer admission deferrals (Law and some Rady Faculty of Health Sciences programs) have a prescribed deferral process. Students are required to qualify for a deferral based on the outlined parameters and must have their request for a deferral approved.
